Customer Support Specialist
About the opportunity
KromAmericas is looking for a talented Customer Support Specialist to join our growing organization. This role will provide customer support for our customer base in the US and Canada. This role is based in our Indianapolis, IN office.
More specifically, you will:
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone calls and emails
- Process sales orders from our customer base
- Provide quotes on inventory, price, and availability
- Pull product and deliver to shipping for processing
- Become knowledgeable of the Kromschröder product line

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who has/is:
- High school diploma
- Familiarity working with web-based ERP or similar systems
- Familiarity with e-commerce a plus
- Highly organized, strong attention to detail, professionalism with customers, and time management skills
- Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands
- Excellent writing skills
- Ability to build strong rapport with our distributors and OEMs

Since the acquisition of Elster by Honeywell in 2015, the extended deliveries to get this high-quality product into North America from Germany have been tolerated but never accepted. The solution was to localize inventory in a strategic distribution hub.
